13.1 We shall not be in breach of these Terms of Play nor liable for a delay in performing, or failing to perform, any of our obligations under these Terms of Play if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.
13.2 Please be aware that if you place an Entry with the intention of subsequently making a ‘cash-out’ to reduce the liability incurred by the Entry, there can never be a guarantee that the App (or the availability of any cash-out offer) will be available at the point you wish to make the cash-out transaction.
