19.1 These Terms of Play and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (United States of America), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws .
19.2 The New York courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the App and Site or any transaction made using the Site.
