Whilst the vast majority of our customers enjoy gaming in a safe and responsible manner, for a small number of people gaming can have a harmful impact.
Answering the self-assessment below may help you evaluate whether you have a problem:
i). Do you use gaming sites to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
ii). When gaming, and you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair and need to continue as soon as possible?
iii). Do you play until your last cent is gone, even the fare home or the cost of a cup of coffee?
iv). Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have spent gaming?
v). Have you lost interest in your family, friends or hobbies because of your gaming activity?
vi). After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
vii). Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to use gaming sites?
viii). Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gaming?
The more you answer ‘yes’ to these questions, the more likely it is that gaming is a problem for you. If you wish to speak to someone about this please contact our Customer Service Team and/or one of the responsible gaming support services described in section 8 below.
You should also consider self-exclusion.
