The following may be asked for as evidence for age and identity verification purposes:
Photo ID – This must be issued by either the federal government or a state government, and include your picture, full name, date of birth, and the document’s date of issue and date of expiry. Common examples of acceptable photo ID are a passport, a driving licence, or a biometric residence permit. Any photo you provide of the photo ID must be in colour, clear and with all four edges visible.
Proof of address – These will usually be in the form of a bank statement, utility bill or other federal/state government issued letter that has been delivered to your address. This must include the official header of the company or government body and be dated within the past 90 days.
We may also request evidence of your source of funds and/or wealth. In this case, we will email you with details of what documents we need you to provide. You will be asked to submit your documents either via the “Upload documentation” option under “My account” or via email to verifications@colossusfantasy.com.
