Colossus Fantasy is a fantasy sports platform that offers peer-to-peer daily fantasy skills based sports Contests, which are offered by Colossus Fantasy, LLC (“we”, “us”, “Colossus Fantasy” or the “Company”) where participants compete against each other by selecting whether a lineup of athletes will outperform a statistical metric during real-world sporting events. Participants compete using the mobile application (the “App”) which supports the website located at www.colossusfantasy.com (the “Site”). We are registered in Delaware under entity registration number 3761618 and have our registered office at Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange Street, County of New Castle, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.
