When a Squad wins a top prize, the prize is split among all Squad contributors in proportion to the % of the entry that they own. For example, if the total cost of a Squad ticket is $1000 and you have contributed $100, you own 10% of that Squad entry. And if it goes on to win $10000, you will receive $1000.
