- You must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age in the state of Arizona) and meet the other eligibility and verification criteria to use our services. (See Sections 1 and 2 below)
- We will need to complete our verification checks before allowing you to deposit any funds into your Account. (See Section 1.3 below)
- You are only permitted to register one Account with us. (See Section 2.3 below)
- We collect and may use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. (See Section 2.4 below, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy)
- You are liable for all transactions made using your Account and we accept no responsibility for any misuse of your Account by any third party. (See Section 2.8 below)
- How are customer funds held? The intention is to hold customer funds in a segregated bank account with Wells Fargo.
- Colossus Fantasy operates a Contest Ticketing platform where winnings are determined by reference to the money staked and the number of correct entries in the Contest. This means advertised prizes may be shared. (See Section 4 below)
- Save in respect of any winnings lawfully due to you, our liability for fraud, death or personal injury or your statutory rights, our maximum liability to you is limited to the greater of: a) where such liability relates to a specific Ticket or entry, the amount of the total stake; or b) $10,000 dollars. (See Section 11.3)
- If you have a dispute about an Entry we will seek to resolve it internally but if you are not satisfied with the resolution you can raise the matter with JAMS (See Section 12 below)
- Depending on which state a customer resides in, please note that winnings of a certain amount may be subject to income taxation.
