Participants compete using the mobile application (the \u201cApp\u201d) which supports the website located at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.colossusfantasy.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.colossusfantasy.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (the \u201cSite\u201d). We are registered in Delaware under entity registration number 3761618 and have our registered office at Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange Street, County of New Castle, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These terms and conditions of play (\u201cTerms of Play\u201d) govern your (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d, \u201cPlayer\u201d) activity with Colossus Fantasy.
